Oriental Rice


Ingredients
6 cups water
4 cups brown rice
4 cups frozen peas, rinsed
1 bundle green onions, sliced
1/2 cup Nama Shoyu (or soy sauce)
1 cup silvered almonds
sea salt to taste
Instructions 1. Cook rice 45 minutes.
2. In a bowl put cooked rice and all the other ingredients, except the Nama Shoyu and mix completely. Add Nama Shoyu.
3. Cover and bake in a 350º oven for 20 minutes.
