Herbed Popcorn


Ingredients
14 cups air-popped popcorn (equivalent to ½ c unpopped popcorn kernels)
3T cold-pressed coconut oil
1t nutritional yeast
1t onion powder
½ t celery salt
½ t paprika
1/3 t garlic powder
¼ t turmeric
¼ t ground coriander seeds
Description These are addictive and oh so yummy! Popcorn is a favorite snack and a great replacement for potato chips. There are times where my family eats this everyday because they are so tasty, take minutes to prepare, and nutritious.
Instructions 1. Air-pop the popcorn to yield approximately 14 cups.
2. Mix coconut oil with seasonings in large mixing bowl.
3. Add popped popcorn and mix in well with hands make sure that the seasoning at the bottom of the bowl is evenly distributed into the popcorn.
4. Serve immediately or store in airtight container to eat later on.

Note This recipe serves 8 people, but in our family it serves only one!
Nutritional yeast is one of the best sources of B-vitamins. It also contains 14 minerals, 16 amino acid and 17 different vitamins.
