Tofu Coleslaw


Ingredients
2 Cups Cabbage, finely shredded
1 Cup Carrots, finely grated
1/2 Cup Tofu
1/3 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Honey
3 T Salt
Instructions 1. Blend second set of ingredients together until smooth, stir in cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Tasted better, after it is chilled for 1 hour.
